Gide-nuhs Terms of Service

Welcome to Gide-nuhs!
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gide-nuhs mobile and web application (“App”). By creating an account or using Gide-nuhs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Our Service

Gide-nuhs is a platform where users reflect on their ambitions and interact with other users, including mentors, through posts and replies. We aim to foster a positive, respectful, and supportive environment.

2. Who Can Use Gide-nuhs

You must:

  • Be at least 16 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if younger, subject to applicable laws).

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself when registering.

  • Only create one account per person.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities on your account.

3. Your Content

When you create posts, ambitions, or replies (“Content”) on Gide-nuhs:

  • You retain ownership of your Content.

  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your Content on the App as part of the service.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your Content complies with our Community Guidelines (see below).

We reserve the right to remove or moderate Content that violates these Terms, our Guidelines, or applicable laws.

4. Community Guidelines

We want Gide-nuhs to be safe and inspiring. Therefore, you agree not to:

  • Post or share anything illegal, abusive, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise harmful.

  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.

  • Misuse or disrupt the platform, including spamming or attempting to access other users’ accounts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these principles.

5. Privacy

We care about your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

6. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the App or by contacting community@gide-nuhs.com. See our Data Deletion Policy or details.

7. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in the App. Your continued use of Gide-nuhs after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

We strive to provide a helpful and reliable service, but:

  • Gide-nuhs is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not responsible for the actions or Content of other users.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages resulting from your use of the App.
