Why this exists
I’ve been fortunate. Throughout my life, good, loving people helped me grow into the next stage of who I was becoming — they gave me confidence, helped me shape my story, and created opportunities for me. When I look at society today, I see how many people don’t have that kind of support.
I’ve also had the privilege of working with incredibly talented, driven people, and being around them still gives me goosebumps. It taught me that extraordinary people don’t emerge in isolation — they grow in communities that challenge, support, and inspire them.
That’s the community I want to build: the kind that produces the one percent who can be trusted with what no system, no process, and no job description can ever quite name. It’s rooted in my Caribbean belief that “we” comes before “I.” I’d love for you to be part of it.
