Curaçao · 2026–2027 · 16–27 years

Thank god your dream isn’t a tattoo.

The biggest mistake isn’t choosing the wrong dream.
It’s believing you only get one.

Future Fit Operating System (OS) is a series of interactive workshops and 2 live stage moments for young people on Curaçao. Not a degree. Not a classroom. A focused sprint of mentorship, storytelling, and one thing most people never learn: how to keep discovering what you want — again and again.

27 Aug 2026 – 28 Jan 2027

Sound familiar?

You already know what’s holding you back.

  • You’re waiting until you’re ready. You’ll never be ready. And deep down, you know that too.
  • You feel stuck. Not lazy. Not stupid. Just… stuck. Like there’s a version of you that’s bigger than your current life, but you don’t know how to get there.
  • “Selling yourself” sounds fake — because it is. Nobody’s asking you to sell anything. You just never learned how to show people something that isn’t finished yet.

The reframe

Your heart’s desire is your operating system.

You don’t install it once. You update it for life.

Every person you meet is feedback. Some expose bugs. Some unlock new features. Some improve performance — if you’re paying attention.

Why it matters

The ability to update yourself. That’s the skill.

Not finding the perfect dream. Learning how to keep discovering it — again and again. Through conversations. Through experiences. Through other people.

Because… Everyone is a Mentor.

What you’ll experience

Three movements. Each one builds on the last.

01 — Discovery

3 interactive workshops.

Discover what matters to you by learning from yourself and the people around you. Mentors and peers push back. You push forward. Not what you do. Who you are.

When

Starting 27 August 2026

Exact session dates confirmed with your group together with our community manager.

02 — Create

Turn discovery into story.

Turn your discoveries into a visual story of your Heart’s Desire. Using AI art, animation, graphic design, and VR/AR, you shape your identity into something visual, digital, and distinctly yours — rooted in who you are and where you come from.

When

1–2 sessions per month

Same setup: your group decides the day together — weekday or weekend. You fit the program around your life, not the other way around.

03 — Share

Take the stage twice.

Share your story. Listen to others. Learn together. Two public stage moments — real audience, real Curaçao. No safety net. This is the moment most people avoid their entire lives. You won’t.

Your stage dates

Friday, 27 November 2026 Thursday, 28 January 2027 — final presentation

After the program

The Community

You don’t disappear when the workshops end. You join the Gide-Nuhs network — young people on Curaçao and across the diaspora who are actively building their purpose. More opportunities. More mentors. More people who get it.

Questions?

Most people ask these.

Why is Future Fit O.S. free?

We fund the program ourselves, with support from donors, because we believe growth shouldn’t depend on what you can afford. It also lets us discover ambitious young people early — we invest in you first, then connect you with mentors, companies, and career opportunities afterward.

Is attendance mandatory?

Nothing is mandatory. But if you want a shot at one of the stage moments, you need at least 80% attendance — we only put people on stage who’ve genuinely put in the work, so everyone gets a fair shot.

How big is the group?

We select a group of around 20 people. In practice, about 15 are present per session.

What do the sessions actually focus on?

Social development combined with modern AI and design tools — you’ll work with people who know how to help you shape and tell your story, not just talk about it.

What happens on stage — do I have to perform?

The stage moments are mentortainment: mentorship and entertainment brought together, Caribbean-style — festive, but with a clear purpose. We provide the stage and the occasion; you bring your story.

Ready?

One message. That’s all it takes.

This isn’t about getting your future right. It’s about developing the ability to update yourself for the rest of your life.

If you’ve read this far, you’re interested.

Good. This program is fully sponsored.
The only price is your commitment.

Bring ambition. We’ll cover the rest.

Keep Updating.
